WHO ARE YOUR CLASSES DESIGNED FOR?

The Mommy & Me program is specifically designed for postpartum mommas with babies ages 6 weeks to crawling. This fosters a feeling of community among the participants and as the babies grow, the moms get stronger too!

The environment is relaxed and inclusive regardless of your fitness level. These classes are both in person and online.

 

The Pilates 2.0 program is more intense. Not recommended for the newly postpartum, but for those who are looking for a great workout with a focus on the core & booty. These classes are online. 

WHEN CAN I RETURN TO EXERCISE AFTER GIVING BIRTH?

You can return to exercise once your doctor gives their consent. Generally that is 6 weeks after a natural birth and 8 weeks after a C-section but it can vary from person to person. The Mommy & Me program is designed to gradually introduce (or reintroduce) activity to help rebuild core strength as well as work the whole body in a safe and effective way after childbirth. Modifications are made to accommodate all levels of fitness & recovery. 

WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?

If you miss an in person class you can always do a live virtual one as a make up session and vice versa. There are 8 classes offered in each, and you can mix and match as needed. If you are part of the hybrid program (both in person & online) you can receive a recording of the class you missed or another M&M class in the program.
