IN PERSON CLASSES
This postpartum mat class is especially designed for new mommas.
Bring your baby with you
(ages 6 weeks to crawling),
make some new friends, and rebuild your core strength in a safe and effective way.
All abilities are welcome, and even those new to Pilates will see the benefits quickly.
Tuesdays at 11 AM at the
Strathcona Community Association.
$110 for the 6 week program
OR
Both in person & virtual classes together for $180
POSTPARTUM VIRTUAL CLASSES
Just like the in person Mommy & Me class but done in the comfort of your own home.
You receive a mini stability ball and flex band which is yours to keep and recordings of each class are provided to give you even more flexibility.
PLUS if you sign up for both the in person & virtual postpartum program you receive a discount.
Classes run live virtually through Google Meet.
Thursdays at 10 AM

PILATES 2.0
VIRTUAL CLASSES
Come join me for a live virtual pilates class every Sunday morning that you can do anywhere!
Pilates 2.0 is a low impact way to tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on your core and booty!
Classes are only 45 minutes long and there are no props required.
Classes run live virtually through Google Meet.
Sundays at 10 AM
